Out of no where, a girl suddenly appeared and slapped 10 star bill on the table and smiled at him, “Is on me.” She said. Thomas was speechless, not only by how she just came to his rescue and how beautiful her eyes is, dark turquoise and sparkling, as clear as the ocean….Then he snapped back into reality and realized his saver was gone…. In Thomas’ house late at night, he just couldn’t seem to get that girl out of his mind, If only I asked what her name is or her phone number, then I could search for her Thomas thought regretfully. The next day, Thomas wonder around for a little while uptown for jobs, then he decided to stay at star cafe for lunch. Though he found is not only his lunch, the girl of his dream, worked there as a waiter!!!!! He hurriedly came over and ask “Um, hi?” The girl looked up and smile, “Hey! Never thought I will see you here, sure is a small world.” She said cheerfully. “Um yea….er, I didn’t quite catch your name last time, and pardon me for it.” Thomas added bashfully.
“No probs, my name is Ali, nice to meet you, um…” “Thomas.” He said quickly. “Sorry, I will pay you back the money……” Then he pulled out his wallet. “Sure!” Thomas acted calmly, but on the inside, he is thrilled! “Nonono, that’s on me, if you really want to pay me back, lets have lunch together, my shift is almost over.” She smile, almost flirtatiously. They talked and talked in star cafe, and when Ali checked her watch she yelled, “OMG, I forgot the time, I got to go, sorry maybe next time?” Then she quickly grabbed her purse and shut the coffee machine. “Is nice talking to you Thomas.” Oh god, wake up Thomas, heres your chance! Thomas thought.
