This is now a problem on two different computers. I'm running Office Professional Plus 2016 (圆4). My security settings are all set to allow this, and I even moved the file into the XLSTART directory of my Office 16 install. When just opening the file, Excel opens without any errors, but there is no Add-In tab at the top, so I cannot access anything from the add-in. Under the Add-ins option I've checked and uncheck PhStat in Excel Add-ins, but nothing changes. PHStat is a great addition to Excel for intro statistics and quantitative.

I saved it in a Trusted location, but when opening the. It was working perfectly up to a week ago. It's free, so it doesn't hurt to download and play around with it and see if you can use it. PHStat is an Add-In by Pearson Education for one of their Statistical textbook (In my case, Statistics for Managers using Microsoft Excel).
